Working with our CFO, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will take ownership from start to
completion of all collections and billing for our busy construction sales and rental business.

What you will do:

• Collections and billing
• Progress billing setup
• Credit memos, apply cash, deposits
• Reconcile to ledgers
• Prepare, post, verify, and record transactions
• Frequent client interaction to make and resolve inquiries

What you bring:

• 5+ years of related experience, or the equivalent in education and experience
• Expert user of accounting software including Quickbooks an asset
• Construction experience an asset
• Experience with US sales an asset
• Strong, persuasive communication skills
